Hey, thanks Matthew. I still feel very new to this but having hit the 1 year milestone I don't guess I can claim that any more.

What you are feeling is quite normal. I have similar feelings every now and again - "have I run out of things to say?", "is this any good?", "Is anyone reading this?". I think those are pretty common thoughts.

Writing to a schedule means always being on the clock... there's always a production date looming. But that can be managed. Give youself permission not to write. I do this by following a production schedule of twice a week - Tuesdays and Friday's. That keeps me honest with my production but also allows me time to step away or not write. I seldom write about 'news of the day' so if I get busy and have 3-4 articles ready to go, I'll schedule them in advance and then may take 7-10 days away from the writting. I've found that when I'm ready to sit down and write again , I easily have another 2-3 ideas swimming in m head.

Give yourself persmission to feel the way you do. But have a plan for overcoming it as well. I think you have an interesting runway with Discipleship as your platform. Discipleship can manafest itself in so many ways and in some many facets of our lives. Developing those areas and linking back to those concepts should provide you with plenty of materials and I know you're talented enough to deliver on them.

Keep up your great work and let me know if I can ever help out along the way.

Thanks,
Dave

WOW, I would have never guessed you have only been around one year! I started out 2010 with a bang writing nearly 23 posts in the first month and have since fallen in a funk not knowing what to write, if I am knowledgeable enough to write, or overwhelmed with the daunting task of making each article as good as it should be, that's easily 45 min. per article for me right now, and while I do have the time, I have found ways to not have the time. Your an inspiration and so know I need to put out more quality posts!
